Basically use Bincho charcoal for the menu of baked goods.Especially, putting in force is a menu that roast duck roast meat etc. using a mesh tool called Tepo.It burns while dropping the fat that meat has in charcoal, so the flames soar up dramatically.By being smoked, as the umami increases, it also has impressive appearance.
